La Parenthèse du Var is located in the heart of the Var region, only 7 kilometers from Lorgues. It’s an ideal location for visiting the Var region.
Adeline and Stephan welcome you all year round to their 19th-century old Provence house, situated on the heights of the village of Saint-Antonin-du-Var.
The stunning views over the countryside, the birdsong, the Provençal essence garden, and swimming pool invite you to relax and recharge your batteries.
If you wish to take care of yourself and your body during your stay, Adeline offers well-being and relaxing treatments for guests, such as foot massages.
We have 3 rooms and one holiday rental; however, the accesses are not adapted for disabled people.
One room, “La Discrète,” for 2 people, and the holiday rental, “L’Atelier,” for 3 people, are located in an outbuilding, each with an independent entrance, a private terrace with garden furniture, and a parasol.
One room, “L’Authentique,” for 2 people, is located in the small old Provence house; it has a private garden with garden furniture and a parasol.
One family room, “L’Éphémère,” with a connecting room, is situated in your old Provence house without a terrace and garden.
The bedding has been carefully chosen, and we offer premium bedding.
About us
After 20 years in the Paris region and a 5-year interlude in China, we jointly decided to completely change our lives in September 2020.
For a few years, Stéphan has been wanting to pursue a job linked to nature and rediscover a greater sense of humanity. As for me, I have been practicing traditional Chinese medicine and have long desired a change.
We decided to embark on a joint project where each of us could fulfill our potential. I had been contemplating for a while the idea of welcoming guests to a relaxing or rejuvenating place, while Stéphan wished to exercise his talents as a gardener.
Thus, our project was born.
